Named for the Stars. Grounded in the Real World.
My name is Blanca Stella. My mother named me after the stars, and I have cherished that name my entire life. Stellar Wellbeing began as a personal invitation to myself: a commitment to feel my best, to shine, and to experience the depth of what life has to offer. I created this practice to inspire my own best self, and now, I facilitate that same experience for you.
I know exactly what it’s like to have a mind that never truly shuts off. At 65, I look back on a career defined by momentum and transformation. I spent 25 years in the high-stakes world of Florida real estate and property management—navigating the 2008 financial downturn where I watched the Miami market, and my own deals, evaporate overnight. At 50, I chose to reinvent myself, pivoting into digital marketing. Today, I work full-time as an Integrated Communications Manager for medical non-profits.
But my most rewarding “role” has been raising my son as a single mother since he was two years old. Today, we share a beautiful bond and even work in the same industry, constantly motivating each other and sharing ideas. He has been the light of my life, but during those early years, being the sole provider and decision-maker meant my mind was always “on” for someone else.

The Transformation
My spiritual journey began at 30 when I learned a foundational energy healing technique, practicing it on the side while navigating marriage, divorce, and my real estate career. But everything changed in 2002.
At 42, a severe car accident left me with multiple broken bones and a year where I could not walk. This wasn’t a “tunnel of light” NDE; it was a profound, four-year spiritual transformation. I felt almost detached from this world, yet I remained grounded by necessity—to care for my young son and relearn how to walk. To balance the flood of spiritual information I was receiving, I leaned into my analytical skills in accounting and management.
The Practice of Stillness
This “grounded spirituality” is what kept me sane through the 2008 crash and gave me the courage to start a new career at 50. I have practiced this Stellar Reset religiously for over 20 years. My practice has evolved to include breathwork, sound healing, and visualizations—grounding spontaneous spiritual experiences into a structured 60-minute Stellar Calibration.
I don’t facilitate these sessions because I live on a quiet mountain; I do it because I live in the same “active mind” reality you do. I use this time to clear my own “frequency clutter” so I can show up as my best self for my son, my family, my team, and my community.
