Today is Monday morning, and I feel like I accomplished something new in a big and calm way.

I created the website last night and started some blog posts, all through inspired action. During the week, I work with clients in digital marketing, which is very fulfilling but also requires a lot of effort. I am fortunate to have many projects that I love, but sometimes I struggle to finish them all. I often think I will complete the remaining tasks over the weekend so that I can feel accomplished by Monday morning.

While I do catch up on a few things during the weekend, I usually end up not doing the extra work I had planned. I used to believe that I would work all weekend and wake up on Monday feeling really accomplished. However, I realized that doing so would mean accomplishing things out of stress for the entire weekend.

Instead, I decided to focus on self-care and spent time at the beach. Surprisingly, this led to the inspired action of creating a website and starting the blog posts. This way, I achieved my goals through inspired action, while also taking care of my well-being.

Although my work is very fulfilling, I understand the importance of self-care. I feel blessed to have a job where my team and supervisor value me greatly. However, it is essential to take time for self-care. Even though I accomplished things, it was for my personal project.

So, what kind of action are you taking? Are you making time for inspired action, or are you simply trying to finish things out of stress? It’s crucial to prioritize self-care. Today is Monday morning, and I feel prepared to start the week with inspired action at work because I took the time for self-care.
