My Journey Into Hypnotherapy

Back in around 1990, I began practicing energy healing as described on this page. I had learned a specific technique and was living in Miami, where I grew up. During this time, I became involved in the local community of healers, which included Reiki practitioners. We often participated in healing circles.

Through my connections in this community, I was invited to take a certification course in hypnotherapy. I discovered that hypnotherapy was a valuable addition to my skills. This was particularly true during energy healing sessions, where I found myself naturally visualizing and speaking to enhance the session.

I realized that combining hypnotherapy with energy healing helped to anchor the experience for the client. This was important because, during quiet moments of energy healing, a client’s mind might wander, leading to distraction and confusion about what was happening.

Now, I integrate hypnotherapy with energy healing in my practice. Each session has a specific focus, tailored to what the client aims to achieve. This approach depends on the individual needs of each person.
